TV5: Shake Mo TV Mo

A new channel started to shake the Philippine Telivision last August 9, 2008.

This TV channel is expected to bring us high quality programs starred with popular and good artists. The first time I've seen their Station ID, I thought that it was actually a commercial or advertisement of a TV Company. I find it so cool. I like the Concept. TV headed people. Very Unique.

Ive just seen their new program, "Rakista" starring, Carlo Aquino and Denise Laurel and other new faces on Phil entertainment. I find it cool and very nice. The way how the modern youth deals with their personal dilemmas is the main focus of this show, I guessed. Hehe.

I can’t wait for the Philippines' scariest challenge to be aired soon.

Wheat Bread of Pan De Manila

My mother bought ten pieces of wheat bread from pande manila two weeks back from now. Each bread is big but passive. I think I would not eat one if I never tried to taste a little. Wow, the taste is so good. It’s a giant salted bread (pandesal) which contains high amount of fiber, which makes it very tummy friendly. Now, every time I go in Pasig, I never forget to buy some and bring it at home as a pasalubong. My family loves it's very satisfying yumminess. It costs P60/piece. I think you would think that it is so expensive but you will never regret it if you are a real bread lover. One bread is enough to make you feel full. Ive also tried their wheat loaf, one time when there is no more available wheat bread. I find it scrumptious too.

I am a Photographer

I'm having my lessons in photography under a friend of mine who is an excellent photographer. Just recently, I got my very first project, which is to take pictures in an event. I took pictures on his son's baptismal. And I'm so happy to achieve a positive output out of a negative expectation of myself towards my abilities. Even my guru said that I did an impressive job. So far, my friend believes that I have a good eye enough to catch moments in nice shots. We got lots of plans and we're going to start fulfilling each of our goals gradually.

A cry of a Bum

After a student graduated from his course, he is expected to have a job as soon as possible. And these Expectations keep me in the curse of pressure. It is so difficult to find a job related to my course which is nursing. Why? Because our school didn’t allow us to take the June Board examination. They said that long time of preparation would help us to pass the exam this November. You know what? I think It's a messy idea. Now, little by little some of what we had for almost four years in the field is fading. I just keep in checking my notes before all of those in my head got lost. I think its not really a good help to have a long months of review before facing a very unexpected questions from the board members. I, and some of my close friends decided to have our review two months before judgment day.

I'm 21 years old already and I think, even though my parents do not say it to me directly, I can feel their expectations on me, which is not to be jobless. That is why I keep in explaining to them my situation. I have just finished a very controversial course. The PRC is very strict about the rules and patterns in this field. However sometimes I feel the pressure so badly. I am a bum. I wanna earn money. Now, I keep in exploring many things asides from being a health advocate, which I think would even help me in the future. I'm studying photography. Just after our graduation, I and some of my mates decided to work in a call center. But so sad, we have to face a very obnoxious consequence before we would be applied in the job. We have to take our board exam next year, which I think is very horrible.

Prejudice Perceptions

I'm afraid to fail the board examination this November. Not just because it would take another 6 months before I would be able to take the next one, but because of the negative perceptions that would be thrown towards me by people around me specially those whom never ever believed on my abilities.

You know what? I think It is very unlawful to judge a person negatively just basing on the result of his exam. No one bears the right to call that person a moron, lazy or a boob/fool. The problem is that, many of those who failed the exam were victims of stereotyping. Many of them do not deserve that. I think the board exam is a game of luck. There is an incidence when a Magna Cum laude from a very popular university was hospitalized because of severe depression after not seeing his name on the list of board passers.

I can't help to think that I have more possibilities of failing the examination. I feel so nervous. I promised to my self that I will spend my two months of review just facing my notes and away from leisure and pleasure. Or should I say that I have to consider studying as one of my pleasures. I can't stop thinking in a pessimistic way.

One thing I'm sure of, I have a friend whom would bestow me not just luck, but also all which I need to pass the Board exam, GOD.

I'm also praying for the success of my close friends and mates who will take the November Board Examination for nurses.

I want to sing and share each of my notes with other eardrums. Share it to catch smiles from their lips. Dance my tongue together with the beat of the music. But my voicebox isn't a gifted machine. I'm not a good singer.
I can't sing? Actually I can. But not that good as of others. I love music. I actually sing but not in the front of the curious audience. I sing in the front of my self. I sing with all confidence, alone. Notes might be in the wrong lines, lost.
Until oneday, I met a girl whom I never expected to have a great voice. She's really outrageous. She taught me how to love music more. She always tell me how to put my notes in the right lines. Now, I sing alone no more. Though I have an obnoxious voice, she's still their to listen. It makes me feel more confident. There is an extraordinary feeling of joy inside me. She saved me from the curse of solitude.
There are times, you will realize that being alone isn't the best way to enjoy life. Solitude is very different from having someone to lean on. My story is actually a profound explanation of it.Enjoy life. Dont waste it. Try to raise up from a long sit. Hold others hand. Kiss ones cheek. Explore the world together with others soul. Sing and play your notes with someone.

I think nowadays, putting a little primitivism onto our daily living is quite helpful.
The price of LPG, necessary for cooking is on its hike. Because of that economical dilemma, many people prefer to use charcoal as a substitute to the expensive LPG.
My family is actually one of many thrifty families in town who uses charcoal. Actually we also have LPG but we use it very seldom. Because of the increasing demand of charcoal, my mom decided to make a business out of this black dusty burned piece of wood. We, now sells charcoal. It's available in sacks, and costs P130/sack. Many of our buyers are very satisfied on the quality of our charcoal. The charcoals we sells were ordered from a friend of my mom. My aunt used to order packed charcoals from us. We deliver it to her in packs already and give it to her for only P2.50/pack. She sells it on her store for only P3.00. She always orders a minimum of 180 packs of charcoals from us regularly. Dusts from it irritate my sensitive nose. But, money out of it widens my smile.

Filipinos are passengers of a low quality vessel which may sink anytime, anywhere. Our captain is going to kill us. He will do it gradually. He disguised himself by wearing white clothe and cap. His intention is not to bring the passenger in their destinations but to suck their pockets and bank cards. Because he was not a competent captain, he didn’t noticed that his ship was already weak and vulnerable. Poor Filipinos are in great danger. He is a wicked captain. He was not eager to provide the people the expected quality of service, the people must be availing. The grubby money of the poor Filipinos is his target. He want to suck all of their wealth.
"PILIPINAS" is the name of that ugly vessel.

The day is so dimmed. The sky cries so loud. The wind sobs like a child. I feel very much sad, being away from my Hun. She lives 50 kilometers away from our province and it makes me feel so gloomy. I miss her so much, and I'm hoping that she feels the same way. I know that she loves me very much and it's enough to make me feel so fortunate. I have someone to lean on. I have a very special someone who inspires me to move on. She lives so lively inside my soul. She runs frenziedly here inside my head.

He is a great friend of mine. He is a silent person, discreet and eccentric. He is so kind to me, which made me to think that this man is a gay and he is inlove with me. His sticky glances at me became a part of my days. I felt so weird. His special feelings for me became very obvious day by day. I don’t know what to feel bout him. A FRIEND OF MINE is the song written on the letter given to me by him. A clue. Then there I knew it. The one who are texting me is a friend of mine.

The Revelations

I told him that I have a girlfriend already. I think it made him feel so doomed. He said that he was quite disappointed. Hehe. There he told me that he really love me till now and that I'm his inspiration. I felt quite weird. He is a gay, I concluded. After years of hiding his feelings, there he did it. He can't show the real him cause of the idea that people would judge him. They would treat him differently, sadly negatively. His condition is actually abnormal. He is so confused. Now he just keep on living as a normal man. He just hides his real identity from the judgmental humanity. I told him, that he is a responsible man, bright and benevolent, which would bring him to success above those who are normal. =============

He told me that he really loves me. He really admires me. A feeling of jealousy is inevitable, I guess, especially now that he know that I got a girlfriend already. Steel Stealers!

I HATE ROBBERS!!!!!

Steels are a strong alloy of iron containing up to 1.5 percent carbon along with small amounts of other elements such as manganese, chromium, and nickel.
It can be sold in junk shops with a price depending on its quality.

Just this morning of July 4, three of our steel bowls were robbed. This was actually our first time to experience this kind of unwanted and obnoxious crime. It was not actually the lost which caused our anger, but the situation per se. The situation wherein we are being puzzled by someone whom we do not know what he/she can do in the future. What if he/she robbed electric wires from our area? Blackout is a doomsday for me.

Actually three steel bowls were just little compared with motorcycles, roofs and home appliances robbed by that bullshit from our bothered neighbors.
A neighboring abandoned house, four blocks from our house was now a literal massacre victim wherein its steel walls, roofs, skeletons were being robbed bit by bit.

The robber might be one of our unfortunate neighbors who were compelled by extreme misery and poverty to steal. He/she might be a drug addict who needs to buy grams of shabu to compensate with his/her addiction.

The case of the steel stealer is still unclosed. I'm hoping that the person concern with all of this will be arrested sooner.

Wowowee vs. Eat Bulaga

I'm not a kapamilya nor a kapuso. I watch what is great. I watch what is cool!!!!!!

Before, my perception about Wowowee is that it is the cheapest and most horrible program on Philippine television. Now, I watch it because I feel no boredom during luch time everytime I watch it. I love the willi of Fortune segment. It is cool, very funny. Everyone, audience and contestants were showing there true selves. Eat Bulaga is getting worst, very corny and HORRIBLE. Ive seen the "Sa Pula, Sa Puti segment" and I find it so boring. Listening to its game song is very disgusting. I hate the tune, even the ear punching lyrics. Poor tio, vic and Joey. Their noontime show is
getting funny no more.

They also imitated some of the strategies of their rival show. For example is the segment where in they let their contestants to show their talents like in Willie of Fortune segment of Wowowee.
Willie Revillame's show is getting better than before in spite of the cheating scandal in Pera o Bayong segment. I think it is true, because of some evidences caught on video as shown on youtube.com. But because of their positive appeal to many and growing viewers, that scandal was expunged already.

I don’t think so that Eat Bulaga is still the number one noon time show. It's a mess if it is.

Ive seen the very beautiful and sexy Angelica Panganiban in wowowee. She's a mess. She's not a good host. Direct was correct. She's a statue behind Willie.

Who's that beautiful lady besides pokwang? Mariane? She's so cute but also a nasty host.

I love that girl endorsing Pau Liniment. Milagring? She's cute.

I hate that crazy, shabu-user looking dancer who endorses WOW MAGIC sing. She's not funny, she's scary and horrid.

Year 2008:: No concrete evidences of Extra Terrestrial Life Form were obtained.

I do believe that EARTH is not the only living planet in the vast and infinite Universe. There are a countless number of planets and galaxies in space. There are planets that may have the same features as of our own earth.

We can never tell that there are no living creatures in Mercury, Jupiter, mars or any planets we know at this time.

Our space machines and robots sent to those planets in our solar system were designed to obtain pictures on the surface of alien planets. Most of the photos obtained from each projects were supporting the idea that there is no life form there. Let us consider the idea that there are intelligent creatures from other planets and they have sent the same kind of machine to our planet for studies same as what we humans are doing. Then their machines landed in Gobi Desert. They would even think that the earth is a deserted planet and no life forms are present.

THE COLLISION OF TWO GREAT GALAXIES.

According to a science related program on HISTORY CHANNEL (cable channel) the universe is continuously expanding. This was confirmed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). This information was supported by records showing the changes in the distances of galaxies from our own milky way. Some were getting farther and some were getting nearer. One of the most terrifying findings of NASA is the future collision of two major galaxies in space. These two galaxies were the ANDROMEDA (M31, NGC 224) and the Milky Way. Andromeda galaxy is bigger than Milky Way. It is binucleated. Thus, it has enormous gravitational force that will immediately absorb our spiral galaxy. The collision would greatly affect all solar systems and planets within each galaxy, including our own earth. Theories were presented stating that the earth would bang to other heavenly bodies, like planets and space rocks causing the ruination of all life forms on earth.

Whew, he was so shocked and surprised when he saw a cadaver stocked on his net with big squidz and shrimps attached into it.Those creatures were all sucking and eating a big fleshy meat of a man.

They were having a corpse feast. Nutritious extracts from the rotten flesh of that man is a nutritious snack for them.

I love beef, chicken and pork.....I love vegetables too....I'm an omnivore...

Hoho, ill not eat shrimps and squids in a meantime, or should i say forever. I'll think about it many times.

My mother imposed a ban on eating fish caught from salt water.

After the maritime tragic in Romblon, galunggong and other sea foods were banned on our regular meal.

Well actually it's quite an exaggeration, but I will never eat any seafood, a fish or a crustacean obtained or caught from a very doomed area. Even though there is no evidence of poisonous chemical leakage from the area, the fact that many people died there was an enough reason for me to refrain from eating anything obtained from that area. Through media, it was explained to the public that most of the fish being sold in the market were herbivores. I think their compelling messages aims to save the fishing industry. I will never eat marine creature which have engulfed water with extracts from cadavers. Whew, just to think of it really makes me feel nauseated.
Some 10 metric tons of "endosulfan" with trade name "Thiodan" was found stored in a 20-foot container van inside the ship. It is a very poisonous chemical used as pesticide which attacks the central nervous system particularly the brain whenever someone ate foods contaminated with it. The chemical can also enter the skin pores whenever a person had a contact with this pesticide.

Pacman did it well, again.
The action was closed at round 9. Manny grabbed with his fist the Lightweight title after defeating Diaz by knock out. He hit the record being the only Asian boxer to win 4 major titles in the field.

I felt less thrilled after I heard at ABS CBN the result of the fight, while it was not still being aired on the local television, on their rival network, GMA 7.

Pacman, with 134.5 pounds weight ended the fight, ruling almost all the ring trembling rounds. He got the agility and strength, enough to finish the LETHAL COMBINATION event.

A week before the storm hit our area; I prayed a million of times for it. I prayed for a storm relief from the toasting heat of the sun. Then, my prayers were answered. 3:00 o'clock AM, Sunday, the galloping noise of the rain falling on our roof wake me up from a deep sleep. Black out. No lights, no fan. Whew I hate it. My bed was almost wet. The walls were moistened. My prayers were answered exaggeratedly.
Hundreds of Filipinos died, two ships sank, and floods killed people. Hehe, big problems compared with mine. I got here the after math of the typhoon. No calls from my girlfriend, and a day of darkness. Making telephone connections with some area is so difficult. Huhu. We even experienced a day without light and television. I can't live without it. I'm doomed.
I got a broken pencil, while others got a broken leg. My problems were quite light compared with unfortunates. Thank God caused none of my love ones were harmed. May God's mercy relieve the misery of all those people who felt so badly the anger of nature.

Is it wrong to be true? Is it a sin to be a man?
God created us. He gave us life. Then why he let us to suffer from misery. Yes, he just tests us. In this world, to survive is a competition. Committing sin is sometimes a must. Who can blame a wife who killed her husband after she caught him having sex with another woman? Who can blame her? I can't. For me sometimes, a sin is a result of a natural reaction of the body caused by a stimulating factor that we perceives wrong or is against us. However it still depends on our control. Yes it depends. God meant it, to make us different from each other. No body is perfect. Meaning, everybody can commit sin. He created both the evil and the good. He created man innocent at first. But because of his environment, he learned how to gamble, to voyeur, to kill, to commit sin. Then who is the root of all sins? For me, it is us, man. Man who was created by God. An art from a supreme being. Man who was imperfect, afraid and soon will be dying. Anyway, this is my own perception. I love God but who can blame me to ask HIM. Are you cleared from sin? Are you perfect?
I'm trying to live clean and away from bad deeds. However, it is fate which sometimes put me behind the protection of sin. I confess to God and to you, that I am definitely sinful. I am sinful because I am a man. Imperfect. I have both a halo and a tail. But, at least I'm trying to live away from evil. And I know to my self that I'm at the side of the Almighty God.

Ms. Lorna Tolentino, a very valiant and caring woman, faces a new beginning of her life as her husband, Daboy (Rudy Fernandez) expired from four years of suffering from cancer. Rudy died in White Plains, Quezon City at 6:15 a.m. Saturday at , June 7, 2008, at the age of 56.

I think this was the best thing to happen. No more sufferings, no more tears from him. Tears from all who loves him will shower his grave instead.

MIRACLE didn’t save his life, but DEATH came to wipe off his sufferings and misery. I think this was the hardest thing to accept for his family and friends who really really loves him.

Three filthy and mucky individuals entered a fast food chain. The ambience hates their existence inside. The child bears a wide smile while pointing the toys she had just seen in a TV commercial, which she can attain if her mom has at least 80 pesos in her pocket, to buy the meal together with that toy. I think she was only five years old. She got a runny nose. The mother wiped it off with her white fitted shirt. Suddenly her smiles were also wiped off. I think her mom was not able to buy what she really wanted. They got one regular spaghetti and soft drink. A kiss from her dad brought her smiles back. That meal, I think costs more than 50 but less than 80 pesos. Just enough to buy a meal for their little daughter. The couple was so happy while watching their daughter eating happily. They got nothing to put inside their belly but the joy which they were able to give their child was enough to make their heart fully satisfied.

- I've been watching them while I'm eating. I think it was a birthday gift for their daughter. Basing on how they look, I think they were beggars, destitute but with a real home. I define a home profoundly. Not just a house with four sides, but a happy family, enjoying each day of their life together despite of misery and poverty.
