My mother imposed a ban on eating fish caught from salt water.

After the maritime tragic in Romblon, galunggong and other sea foods were banned on our regular meal.

Well actually it's quite an exaggeration, but I will never eat any seafood, a fish or a crustacean obtained or caught from a very doomed area. Even though there is no evidence of poisonous chemical leakage from the area, the fact that many people died there was an enough reason for me to refrain from eating anything obtained from that area. Through media, it was explained to the public that most of the fish being sold in the market were herbivores. I think their compelling messages aims to save the fishing industry. I will never eat marine creature which have engulfed water with extracts from cadavers. Whew, just to think of it really makes me feel nauseated.
Some 10 metric tons of "endosulfan" with trade name "Thiodan" was found stored in a 20-foot container van inside the ship. It is a very poisonous chemical used as pesticide which attacks the central nervous system particularly the brain whenever someone ate foods contaminated with it. The chemical can also enter the skin pores whenever a person had a contact with this pesticide.

Lethal Combination: Pacman defeated Diaz

Pacman did it well, again.
The action was closed at round 9. Manny grabbed with his fist the Lightweight title after defeating Diaz by knock out. He hit the record being the only Asian boxer to win 4 major titles in the field.

I felt less thrilled after I heard at ABS CBN the result of the fight, while it was not still being aired on the local television, on their rival network, GMA 7.

Pacman, with 134.5 pounds weight ended the fight, ruling almost all the ring trembling rounds. He got the agility and strength, enough to finish the LETHAL COMBINATION event.

Frank: a MESS

A week before the storm hit our area; I prayed a million of times for it. I prayed for a storm relief from the toasting heat of the sun. Then, my prayers were answered. 3:00 o'clock AM, Sunday, the galloping noise of the rain falling on our roof wake me up from a deep sleep. Black out. No lights, no fan. Whew I hate it. My bed was almost wet. The walls were moistened. My prayers were answered exaggeratedly.
Hundreds of Filipinos died, two ships sank, and floods killed people. Hehe, big problems compared with mine. I got here the after math of the typhoon. No calls from my girlfriend, and a day of darkness. Making telephone connections with some area is so difficult. Huhu. We even experienced a day without light and television. I can't live without it. I'm doomed.
I got a broken pencil, while others got a broken leg. My problems were quite light compared with unfortunates. Thank God caused none of my love ones were harmed. May God's mercy relieve the misery of all those people who felt so badly the anger of nature.

Is it wrong to be true? Is it a sin to be a man?
God created us. He gave us life. Then why he let us to suffer from misery. Yes, he just tests us. In this world, to survive is a competition. Committing sin is sometimes a must. Who can blame a wife who killed her husband after she caught him having sex with another woman? Who can blame her? I can't. For me sometimes, a sin is a result of a natural reaction of the body caused by a stimulating factor that we perceives wrong or is against us. However it still depends on our control. Yes it depends. God meant it, to make us different from each other. No body is perfect. Meaning, everybody can commit sin. He created both the evil and the good. He created man innocent at first. But because of his environment, he learned how to gamble, to voyeur, to kill, to commit sin. Then who is the root of all sins? For me, it is us, man. Man who was created by God. An art from a supreme being. Man who was imperfect, afraid and soon will be dying. Anyway, this is my own perception. I love God but who can blame me to ask HIM. Are you cleared from sin? Are you perfect?
I'm trying to live clean and away from bad deeds. However, it is fate which sometimes put me behind the protection of sin. I confess to God and to you, that I am definitely sinful. I am sinful because I am a man. Imperfect. I have both a halo and a tail. But, at least I'm trying to live away from evil. And I know to my self that I'm at the side of the Almighty God.

Showbiz Headline: KASANGGA PASSED AWAY

Ms. Lorna Tolentino, a very valiant and caring woman, faces a new beginning of her life as her husband, Daboy (Rudy Fernandez) expired from four years of suffering from cancer. Rudy died in White Plains, Quezon City at 6:15 a.m. Saturday at , June 7, 2008, at the age of 56.

I think this was the best thing to happen. No more sufferings, no more tears from him. Tears from all who loves him will shower his grave instead.

MIRACLE didn’t save his life, but DEATH came to wipe off his sufferings and misery. I think this was the hardest thing to accept for his family and friends who really really loves him.

Three filthy and mucky individuals entered a fast food chain. The ambience hates their existence inside. The child bears a wide smile while pointing the toys she had just seen in a TV commercial, which she can attain if her mom has at least 80 pesos in her pocket, to buy the meal together with that toy. I think she was only five years old. She got a runny nose. The mother wiped it off with her white fitted shirt. Suddenly her smiles were also wiped off. I think her mom was not able to buy what she really wanted. They got one regular spaghetti and soft drink. A kiss from her dad brought her smiles back. That meal, I think costs more than 50 but less than 80 pesos. Just enough to buy a meal for their little daughter. The couple was so happy while watching their daughter eating happily. They got nothing to put inside their belly but the joy which they were able to give their child was enough to make their heart fully satisfied.

- I've been watching them while I'm eating. I think it was a birthday gift for their daughter. Basing on how they look, I think they were beggars, destitute but with a real home. I define a home profoundly. Not just a house with four sides, but a happy family, enjoying each day of their life together despite of misery and poverty.
